As the CEO of the organization, Mr. Mazhar Hussain is providing overall leadership and direction to ensure the Power and Construction Authority achieves its vision, mission, goals, and objectives. Organizes and manages Construction Authority staff and contractors to provide effective and efficient transportation, planning, and construction.

Former C.E.O of QESCO Quetta, Director HQ Operation Lahore, and Deputy Director Circle Quetta Mr. Baleegh uz Zaman has completed his graduation in Electrical from Mehran University.
The Chief Operating Officer of DYNAMIC POWER CONSTRUCTION CO. “DPC” create significant goodwill in whole Professional Career having more than 25+ Years of Experience in Extra High Voltage (EHV), Grid System Construction.
As a Chief Operating Officer Mr. Baleegh – uz – Zaman Siddiqui is responsible to manage and supervise all the construction and power installation activities throughout the network. Monitoring of Power, Distribution, Commercial Jobs, Grid System Installation, and Construction with all related Civil works.
In addition to his role, he also optimizes the provision of expert technical guidance to subordinates and provides consultancy and training within and outside the organization.

Mr. Muhammad Qamar
Former Board of Directors SEPCO and Director K-Electric Karachi Mr. Muhammad Qamar completed his graduation in Electrical Engineering from NED University in 1978.
The Director of DYNAMIC POWER CONSTRUCTION “DPC” has over 45 years of experience in utility companies at the managerial level and has proven his expertise in all the sections of Electrical Power Transmission, Grids, and Distribution Networks.
As a Director of Projects, Mr. Muhammad Qamar developed a team of professional and systematic approaches and SOPs to complete turnkey projects including Engineering design, procurement, and execution.

Mr. Maaz Ahmed Abbasi
Mr. Maaz Ahmed Abbasi had been working with K-ELECTRIC as Manager – Transmission-OH and completed his graduation in Electrical Technology from NED University in 2007. His background is comprised of 15+ years of experience in the construction, installation, and commissioning of grid stations, transmission lines, and HT/LT networks of the KE & HESCO regions.
As a Director Mr. Maaz Ahmed Abbasi is responsible to manage and supervise all the construction and power installation activities throughout the network. Monitoring of Power Distribution, Commercial Jobs, Grid System Installation, and Construction with all related Civil works and consultancy in the Karachi region for DPC.

Mr. Muhammad Jalal-ud-din Mallick
Mr Muhammad Jalal-ud-din Mallick is an experienced civil engineer with an impressive 28-year track record in both Pakistan and Dubai, UAE. His educational background includes a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Southwestern University in Cebu City, recognized by the Pakistan Engineering Council. He also holds a Diploma in Associate Engineering from the Government College of Technology in Karachi.
Mr Jalal-ud-din’s extensive experience covers a wide range of construction projects, including water supply/sewerage projects, large-diameter pipe laying, residential bungalows, multi-storied buildings, post-tensioning works, quality assurance, and material testing. His responsibilities have included execution, construction supervision, coordination, quality control, and handling engineering issues. He has held various senior roles, such as Senior Projects Engineer at M/s. Fazaia Housing Scheme, where he was responsible for the execution, construction work, and quality assurance of buildings. He also worked as a Senior Resident Engineer at M/s. ArchVisionPlus, handling projects like World Trade Centre, Lignum Tower, Defence Residency, and Defence Executive Apartment in DHA Phase II, Islamabad.
Throughout his career, Jalal-ud-din Mallick has demonstrated his ability to manage diverse construction projects, coordinate with consultants and clients, ensure quality control, and handle various engineering challenges. His expertise in the civil engineering field is evident through his significant work history, making him a valuable asset in the “Dynamic Power Construction”.

Mr. Syed Nouman Ali
Mr. Syed Nouman Ali is a seasoned professional with a robust Project management background and a history of successful contributions in the transmission industry. With experience at K-ELECTRIC, he excels in overseeing EHV transmission line projects, from business case development to technical evaluations. His extensive involvement in insulator applications, conductor installations, and structural rehabilitations underscores his commitment to quality and reliability. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from NED University and bolstered by ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and PLS CADD certifications, he brings a strong educational foundation and specialized training to his role as Project Manager Transmission at “Dynamic Power Construction.”

Mr. Muhammad Masood Elahi
Mr. Masood Elahi has recently joined DPC in 2019, he previously worked with K-Electric as Dy. General Manager of the Transmission network and he completed his graduation in Electrical Technology from UET University in 2007. His background is comprised of 15+ years of experience in the construction, installation, and maintenance planning of the transmission network of Karachi.
Mr. Masood Elahi is very compatible and has a proven track record of contractor management and consultancy.

Mr. Zia-ud-din Qureshi
Mr. Zia-Ud-Din-Qureshi has retired from the HESCO as Supridentent Engineer and completed his graduation in Electrical Technology from Mehran University in 1979. His background is comprised of 35+ years of experience in the construction, installation, and commissioning of grid stations, transmission lines, and HT/LT networks of the HESCO regions.
As a General Manager, Mr. Zia-Ud-Din-Qureshi is responsible to manage and supervise all the construction and power installation activities throughout the network. Monitoring of Power Distribution, Commercial Jobs, Grid System Installation, and Construction with all related Civil works in Hyderabad and Sukkar region for DPC.
Furthermore, his expertise and experience are also being served in Karachi for our Maintenance and Construction works.

Mr. Hassan uz Zaman
Mr. Hassan uz Zaman is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the electrical power sector. Armed with a Master’s in Business Administration (Management) from the University of Sindh and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, his education reflects a solid foundation. His career spans over 9 years, including roles as a Manager for Electrification Projects at Badar Engineering Consultants and an Electrical Engineer at Lucky Cement Limited’s 6 MW power plant. His experience encompasses operations, commissioning, load flow analysis, GIS mapping, and more. Hassan uz Zaman’s commitment to excellence is evident in his role as a vital contributor to the field of electrical power at “Dynamic Power Construction”.

Mr. Pervaiz Afzal
Mr. Pervaiz Afzal, a dedicated professional with comprehensive experience in the power distribution sector, brings a wealth of project management expertise and educational achievements. With roles including Chief Engineer (P&E) at Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO), he has excelled in tasks ranging from system studies and network planning to procurement coordination. His educational background includes an MBA from IQRA University Karachi, Electrical Engineering from Mehran University and specialized training such as the ISO-certified Management Information System Workshop. Pervaiz Afzal’s extensive experience, along with his training and qualifications, positions him as an adept Director for projects within “Dynamic Power Construction,” ensuring successful planning, execution, and coordination in line with industry standards.

Mr. Tanveer Sultan
Mr. Tanveer Sultan is an accomplished Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in diverse roles encompassing project management, accounting, and customer service. His career showcases his professionalism and adeptness in multitasking roles, ranging from administration, cost management, and inventory reconciliation to business development and employee engagement. Notably, his recent role as Sr. Manager Projects at Murad Engineering Services highlights his meticulous execution of meetings, budgeting, vendor relations, and audit coordination. Complementing his rich experience is a B.Com degree from the University of Karachi and advanced Excel certification. Mr. Tanveer’s well-rounded expertise in project management, financial administration, and team leadership makes him a valuable asset in delivering successful outcomes for “DPC”.
